For real estate agents and brokerages
QR codes on your signs that move to your next listing.
Each code on a yard sign, rider or flyer points to a short link you can change in seconds. When a home sells, the same sign sends buyers to your next listing.
Free plan: 50 links and 1,000 tracked clicks a month. No credit card.
Early agents and teams: the Growth plan free for your first month. All we ask is 15 minutes of honest feedback.
Product demo
24 seconds, no sound: make a link for one yard sign, put the code in your colors, point the sign at your next listing when the home sells, see its scans.
- Make a link for one yard sign.
- Put the QR code in your brokerage's colors for the sign rider.
- Sold? Point the same sign at your next listing.
- See how many buyers scanned that sign, and when.
Why listing QR codes go stale
- A code that points straight at a listing page keeps sending buyers to it after the home is sold or the page is taken down.
- Reprinting signs and riders for every new listing costs money and a trip to the printer.
- Free QR generators can show ads before your listing, or switch codes off when a trial ends.
Point a sign at a new listing
Change where a code goes any time, from any browser. Every printed sign and flyer follows.
A code for each sign
Give the yard sign, the flyer and the open-house sheet their own codes and see which ones buyers scan.
In your brokerage’s look
Your colors, your logo in the middle, a caption like “Scan for photos”, at print size.
Your name in the link
Use a domain you own, like go.yourteam.com, so buyers see your name instead of ours.
One tag per listing
Tag each listing’s links so its codes and scan counts stay together, and find them again when it sells.
A contact card that stays current
Put a QR code on your business card or rider that opens your details with a Save contact button. Change brokerage or phone and every printed card shows the new details. Brokerages can make the whole team’s cards from one spreadsheet.
Buyers share their details back
Turn on sharing and someone who saves your card from a sign or open house can send you their name and phone or email. It lands in your dashboard, ready to call.
Never switched off for usage
We never switch a code off because an account went over a plan limit.
Questions agents ask first
What happens to the sign when the house sells?
Nothing gets reprinted. Open the link, paste your next listing or your agent page, and the next person who scans the sign lands there.
Can I see how many people scanned a sign?
Yes. Every scan is counted with the date, country and type of device. Give each sign its own code to compare them.
Do the codes scan reliably with a logo in the middle?
Yes. Codes with a logo use the highest error correction, and we refuse color pairs that phones may not read.
What does it cost?
The free plan covers 50 links a month, enough for a few signs per listing. Paid plans are on the pricing page.
Already have codes in print?
A note from the founder
MicroURL is new, and it’s a very small team. So here’s the deal for early users: I’ll set up your domain and move your existing links over for free. All I ask is 15 minutes of honest feedback on what’s missing. Everything we ship is listed on the changelog, and uptime is public on the status page.
